Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business & Data Analyst with strong experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM), Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), and sales incentive analytics. The candidate will work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to design, analyze, and optimize commission and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex sales, commissions, quotas, and incentive datasets to generate actionable insights

Build and maintain analytical models for incentive calculations, payout accuracy, and performance tracking.

Translate business requirements into product requirements and work closely with engineering teams on implementation.

Independently manage analytical workstreams from problem definition to stakeholder presentation.

Develop reports and dashboards to monitor incentive performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and compliance in commission calculations and payout processes.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Product Analytics.

At least 2+ years of experience in BFSI, Fintech, or B2B SaaS environments handling sales incentives, commissions, or variable pay programs.

Strong understanding of commission plans, channel incentive programs, and sales compensation structures.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling

Experience working with large and complex datasets and deriving business insights.
