Mandatory Criteria
7+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in UI/UX Design
1+ year of team management/leadership experience leading designers on high-impact consumer products
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Principle, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong stakeholder management experience, working directly with Founders/CXO/Product & Engineering Leaders
Outstanding portfolio showcasing:
Consumer product design
Design systems
Complex problem-solving
Team leadership
Mandatory Education: Degree in Design (HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or equivalent) from a Tier-1 Design Institute or Premier Global Design School
Mandatory Background: Experience in Top B2C Product Companies Only
Overall Experience not more than 10 year’s.
