What You’ll Do
Design and build scalable, reliable backend systemsDevelop and maintain high-performance APIs & microservices
Work on system design, architecture decisions, and code quality
Optimize databases and improve performance at scale
Collaborate with product & frontend teams.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Backend Engineering.
Strong experience with at least one backend stack:Python (FastAPI / Django)Java (Spring Boot)Node.js (Express)
Solid experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
Proven experience in API development & system design.
